People are never perfect, but despite that have beauty and individuality. People are 'brokenn'.

'brokenn' is the summation of 1.5 years of untrained musicianship. From July of 2019 to August of 2020 I spent every morning creating new projects and experimenting with how sounds felt and moved. I did my best to find new ways of conveying stories and how I felt through music. With no lyrics, this album is the culmination of that.

These songs are old - and releasing them is an effort to move on past the times in my life these songs describe. I am moving onto new things and new workflows, instruments, and experiences. 'brokenn' will be a reminder of this very troubling, confusing, and shaping part of my life.
